i love breakfast

Today is Thanksgiving so why not start the food fest out right with breakfast of benets (french doughnuts) and cafe ole's from Cafe Du Monde in the New Orleans French Quarter. We have been holding on to this since we were in New Orleans last September. The restaurant recommend frying the benets in cottonseed oil but after much searching we are going to opt for peanut oil since the husband is frying a turkey today. Bring on the calories!
